The value of services provided by an adoption or counseling agency can be determined in many ways. Specific fees charged are only a part of the picture. - Fees due 10 days from date of billing except for step parent, relative and dual parent adoptions for which fees are due at the time of submisison of final paperwork.
- There is a $300.00 reduction for families who have adopted previously and can provide a copy of the original home study.
- Families who live more than 25 miles away from the offices of Children and Families First, Inc. will be assessed for mileage above 50 miles round-trip per visit to the home by the social worker at a rate of 62 cents per mile.
